Are you reacting to foods you are eating? It is estimated that 45% of people are affected with food intolerance.
Food intolerance is your body’s abnormal reaction to certain foods and symptoms show up in many different ways. Some people can experience just one symptom such as severe headache while others could get more than one symptom which may include respiratory, skin, bowel or digestion problems.
The in-clinic blood test
I use the Food Detecting kit which is from Cambridge Nutritional Science Ltd (UK) which detects food specific IgG antibodies from blood. A sample of blood (drop) is taken from a finger and tested against the 50 foods. The result is available in 40 minutes. If any reacting foods are found then removing such foods from your diet would be recommended.
